RE-BID HSR25-16 Weekly Non-Chemical Landscape/Trash Pick-Up Maintenance Services

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a contract for Weekly Non-Chemical Landscape/Trash Pick-Up Maintenance Services. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a company that will provide the Authority with all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, travel costs and other cost incidentals necessary to perform weekly non-chemical landscape/trash pick-up maintenance services at Authority owned, tenant occupied commercial properties in the county of Fresno.

This is a single-award solicitation.

The schedule for this procurement is as follows:

  • IFB Release: Friday, November 21, 2025
  • Mandatory virtual pre-bid conference: Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time
    • To attend this Mandatory virtual pre-bid conference please send a request to attend email to Valerie.Flurry@hsr.ca.gov no later than Monday, December 1, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. and a link with the meeting information will be sent to you.
  • Deadline to submit written questions: Due Friday, December 5, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Responses to written questions posted by the Authority: Wednesday, December 10, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Bids Due: Wednesday, December 17, 2025, by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Bid Opening: Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Proposed Start Date: Sunday, February 1, 2026, or upon approval by Department of General Services (DGS), whichever is later
