HSR25-06 Executive Recruitment Services

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a contract for Executive Recruitment Services. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a firm that will provide the Authority with executive recruitment service activities, including, but not limited to, advertising, research and recruitment, candidate assistance, screening and evaluation process, and post selection support. These services shall be provided virtually.

This is a single-award solicitation.

The schedule for this procurement is as follows:

  • RFP Release: October 14, 2025
  • Deadline to submit written questions: Due Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 3 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Responses to written questions posted by the Authority: Tuesday, November 4, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Proposals Due: Friday, November 14, 2025, by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Invitations to Interviews sent: Wednesday, December 17, 2025
  • Interviews with Proposers held: Thursday, January 8, 2026
  • Notice of Proposed Award: Thursday, January 15, 2026
  • Proposed Start Date: Monday, February 2, 2026
