RE-BID HSR25-04 Virtual Electronic Reporting and Electronic Transcription Services for the California High-Speed Rail Authority Board Meetings

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a contract for Virtual Electronic Reporting and Electronic Transcription Services for the California High-Speed Rail Authority Board Meetings. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a company that will provide the Authority all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform electronic reporting and electronic transcription services for virtually held Authority Board Meetings. The electronic reporting services shall be performed virtually, while electronic transcription services will be performed remotely.

This is a single-award solicitation.

The schedule for this procurement is as follows:

• IFB Re-Bid Release: June 27, 2025
• Deadline to submit written questions: Due Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Responses to written questions posted by the Authority: Monday, July 7, 2025, by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Bids Due: Friday, July 11, 2025, by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Bid Opening: Friday, July 11, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Proposed Start Date: Friday, August 1, 2025, or upon DGS approval, whichever occurs later
