HSR25-01 Integrated Pest Management and Abatement Services

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure a contract for integrated pest management and abatement services. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a contractor that will provide the Authority with services related to maintenance and abatement services for the interior, exterior and landscape areas. The location of the services shall be performed at the Authority Central Valley Regional Headquarters.

The schedule for this procurement is as follows:

• IFB Release: Friday, April 18, 2025
• Deadline to submit written questions: Due Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Responses to written questions posted by the Authority: Tuesday, April 29, 2025, by 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time
• Bids Due: Monday, May 5, 2025, by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time*
• Bid Opening: Monday, May 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time*
• Proposed Start Date: Tuesday, July 1, 2025
