HSR24-63 As-Needed Trash Abatement Services Re-Bid #2

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a contract for As-Needed Trash Abatement Services Second Re-Bid. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a company that will provide the Authority with all labor (including administrative costs for all personnel), materials, tools, equipment, travel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, disposal fees, and other costs necessary to perform as-needed trash collection, hauling, and disposal services at Authority properties and adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. The services shall be performed within the counties of: Fresno, Tulare, Merced, Madera, Kern, and Kings (Central Valley).

This is a single-award solicitation.

The schedule for this procurement is as follows:

  • IFB Release: Friday, April 25, 2025
  • Deadline to submit written questions: Due Friday, May 2, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Responses to written questions posted by the Authority: Wednesday, May 6, 2025 by 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Bids Due: Tuesday, May 13, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Bid Opening: Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Proposed Start Date: Thursday, June 1, 2025, or upon approval by Department of General Services (DGS)
