Request for Proposals Information

The California High-Speed Rail Authority has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to request Proposals from qualified entities (Proposers) interested and able to provide a broad range of repair and minor construction activities on a task order basis. The work will occur in the counties of Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kings, and Kern. The Authority intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to three pools of businesses: one pool of large business contractors for the entire geographic region, one pool of small business contractors with varying geographic scope, and one pool of authorized utility relocation contractors.

The Authority seeks responses from large businesses as well as qualified Small Business (SB), Small Business for the Purpose of Public Works (SB-PW), and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) entities.
