The California High-Speed Rail Authority’s (Authority) Small Business Development & Compliance Branch along with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will host a “Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification” virtual workshop on Wednesday, August 27, 2025,10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. The workshop is specifically for businesses seeking to become DBE certified.
